That awkward moment when you’re pretending you’re desperate to ‘win’ a pair of £50 skate trucks after you’ve just cashed a cheque for $15,000…

Haha! Anyway, we’re actually hyped on this video as Jamie commits and drops on a deep steep pool, and makes a pretty hefty rail gap too. Jamie was actually launching himself off the poma at the top of the hill to get the speed to make the gap, so top props to him for sending it.

Bluebird Wax Europe set 2 challenges for UK Team Rider Jamie Nicholls. Hemel Hempstead now has an indoor concrete skate park with a gnarly pool (XC Centre), as well as the indoor snow centre. Jamie Nicholls needed some new Indy trucks. So we thought we would combine the 2. Jamie has never skated a Pool before so that was one challenge, The other was set at the fridge with the rad park built by the guys at DWA (Diggas With Attitude). Thanks to Mr Salomon UK James Fuller for presenting and to Chris Chatt and Knight for a rocking tune (keep an eye for these guys in the future, gonna be good).
